Note-4_/2005-01-03
Corrections made in OP files (ITU format as TWOPxx.xxx) in “[2004] directory”:
Transatlantic frequency links in Ku band changed in August 2004. The corrected values are put in OP files (since MJD 53353) on 3 January 2005 and saved on our ftp server. The corresponding values appearing, from MJD 53240 to MJD 53352, on the header of OP files are wrong. For the corrected values, see header files since MJD 53353.

Note-3_/2004-05-12
Corrections made in OP files (ITU format as TWOPxx.xxx) in “[2004] directory”:
a-) since MJD 53126: time tag error fixed (additional +0,5 second offset)
b-) from MJD 53005 to MJD 53125: time tag error fixed (additional +0,5 second offset), all files corrected and put at OP site on 2004-05-10.
c-) ITU files (1 second measurement, since MJD 53005) in each “[LAB] directory” at OP site, were not corrected with an additional offset. They are corrected by only +1,0 second offset.

Note-2_/2004-05-01
Corrections made in OP files (ITU format as TWOPxx.xxx) in “[2003] directory”:
a-) from MJD 52942 to MJD 53004: time tag error fixed (+1,0 second offset). The corresponding ITU files (1 second measurement) in each “[LAB] directory” at OP site, are taken into account by +1,0 second offset.
b-) before MJD 52942: time tag error not fixed in all kind of files.

Note-1_/2004-02-19
Corrections made in OP files (ITU format as TWOPxx.xxx) in “[2003] directory”:
a-) from MJD 52821 to MJD 52882: an error on the given REFDELAY value is detected. It was replaced by the correct one for each file and put at OP site on 2004-02-13.
b-) from MJD 52883 to MJD 52943: an error on the given REFDELAY value is detected. It was replaced by the correct one for each file and put at OP site on 2004-02-10.
c-) the corresponding values for the REFDELAY in files (ITU format as A5282114.xxA…to…K to A5294314.xxA…to…K) in each “[LAB] directory” at OP site, were not corrected and should not be used.
