The Proceedings of the Journées 2013 that were held at Observatoire de Paris and Ecole Normale Supérieure, France, from 16 to 18 September 2013, have been published in printed form (December 2014). The electronic version of these Proceedings includes separate PDF files (see below) that you can view and download for all the papers appearing in the Table of contents as well as one global PDF file for the whole Volume of the Proceedings. The printed version is the same as this global PDF file but with figures in black and white.
